Main Activites at Park:
  • On the water, you can swim (no lifeguards on duty), boat, water ski, scuba dive and fish. There is set aside a large, no-wake zone for paddling. Good Swim Location: Devils Waterhole
  • Rent paddle boats, canoes, one- to two-person kayaks, life vests and paddles at the park store
  • Fish for sunfish, catfish and several species of bass. There is two fishing piers, fish cleaning stations, and a boat ramp. - Borrow rods, reels and tackle boxes with hooks, sinkers and bobbers.
  • 9 miles of hiking trails through shady forests and across rocky hills. Hike Pecan Flats, a self-guided 3.3-mile trail, or stop by the bird blind
  • When Valley Spring Creek is running, you can explore scenic waterfalls upstream of the lake
  • Sweet Marleys trailer, located next to the general store, offers snow cones, root beer floats, nachos, hot dogs, and more.
